Aku tak rela berpantang dengan berbuka puasa dengan air suam.Dikala dahaga bila dapat meneguk minuman berais huuuuhhh nikmatnya tak terhingga.
Okeh, aku tak prihatin jaga badan, tak kisah perut buncit asalkan dapat meneguk air jus berais.Tekak adalah segalanya biarpun dah tua nanti ko tanggung la akibatnya.Makan -,aku takle cerewet nak bubur cha-cha ke,kuih badak berendam ke.Takde kuih aku takde hal, takde nak terjun laut ke hapa.Ada nasi, lauk pedas dah boleh belasah 3 pinggan.(buruk lantak..hehe gilo apa aku nak mcm tu ingat bela hantu raya ke apa).
Sebab apa aku dok post bab puasa ni?hee aku tengah berpuasa ganti sekarang.
Aku teawal fikir bab menu berbuka ni sebab sape suh ganti posa lambat? kan dah kena posa awal 2 minggu.
(entry tah pape..posa ganti pun riuh cam budak darjah 1)

The 5 Biggest Decorating Mistakes People Make-not really mistakes

These interior designers tell us where others have gone wrong—so you don't have to.

Mistake #1: Bringing the Caribbean to Canton

"Some people, who return from traveling in Italy or the Caribbean, get inspired by the exotic locales and want to design a room based around where they've just been. I always remind them to maintain a sense of place—to respect where their home is actually located. The light and landscape is different, and so a tropical look won't translate unless you live in a similar climate. Instead, take what you love about the setting and incorporate into your home. Keep your pallet simple and use accessories that hint at the environment you love."—Tim Clarke, author of Coastal Modern: Sophisticated Homes Inspired by the Ocean (Potter)

The whale bone over the mantel and the bleached coral on the coffee table give a slight nod to the  sea without making the room feel like a beach cottage.

Mistake #2: Hanging Art at Altitude

"I often see homes where the art is hung too high. People want to see your art at their eye level; they don't want to have to crane their necks to see it."—Janet Lee, author of Living in a Nutshell: Posh and Portable Decorating Ideas for Small Spaces (Harper Design)
Eye-catching art is hung at eye level.

Mistake #3: Decorating for the Life You Wish You Had(so what?)
"When designing a room, you need to be honest with yourself about your lifestyle and what will happen in it. Does your family eat in front of the TV often? Make sure your sofa has washable fabric on the cushions. Do you have young children? Don't set yourself up to fail (read: no all-white dĂ©cor). Instead, find a fabric in a fun print that will disguise any stains."—Phoebe Howard, author of The Joy of Decorating: Southern Style with Mrs. Howard (Stewart, Tabori & Chang)

A sofa covered in brown velvet is practically indestructible and hides almost any stain—a smart choice for a family room.

Mistake #4: Putting Your Back Against the Wall(really?)
"Many people think that to maximize the space in their rooms, they need to push all furniture against the walls. Don't do this! When the furniture, especially the sofa, is along the edges of a room, with a small 'floating' rug in the middle, it actually makes the space seem smaller. Instead, use this visual trick: If the rug's edges are hidden, the room seems bigger than it actually is. The rug should be under most of the furniture."—Janet Lee

The sofa’s front legs are just over the edge of the graphic rug, and the green chair isn't smashed against a wall—perfect harmony in the space!

Mistake #5: Sticking to One Theme, Full-Throttle(got it right)
"When people follow one trend and take it all the way to the hilt, it feels like an overdose. Whether it's English or French country or ultramodern, too much of one thing can feel like you've stepped back in time—or worse, into a furniture showroom."—Phoebe Howard
This entrance hall incorporates an Italian daybed, a Dutch mirror, a Persian rug and a Venetian chandelier, all from different time periods.

suffering Tonsillitiss

Malaysia dilanda jerebu lagi...hasilnya bulan ni dah dua kali aku suffering tonsillitis.Batuk, headache, takleh tido (haruslah sebab asik koh koh koh je) dan rapid heartbeat.
Kerana asyik sakit kepala, risau juga tetiba kena blood pressure biarpun masih muda remaja lagik,so buat check-up.Hasilnya tekanan darah ok,normal, cuma jantung berdegup kencang.(adakah aku terserempak dengan Gabriel Aubry pagi  tadi??)
Tidak..nehi nehi..ini adalah kesan tonsillitis ye.

'Tonsillitis is a disorder involving inflammation of the tonsils.
There are two tonsils, situated on either side of the back of the throat and they form part of the body's immune system.
They, like the rest of the immune system, contain special cells to trap and kill bacteria and viruses travelling through the body.
When the main site of infection is within the tonsils: they swell, become red and inflamed and may show a surface coating of white spots.
Tonsillitis is extremely common in children and young people, but it can occur at any age. The characteristics of the disease are pain in the throat and trouble swallowing.
Tonsillitis is usually a self-limiting condition, ie it gets better without treatment, and generally there are no complications.

~How do you get tonsillitis?

Whether due to viruses or bacteria, the infection is spread from person to person by airborne droplets, hand contact or kissing.
There are many different individual viruses and bacteria that can potentially cause tonsillitis. For example the Epstein-Barr virus, which is the cause of glandular fever (infectious mononucleosis), is a common cause. It's typically seen in young people, particularly in situations such as university halls of residence when person-to-person spread is made easier by numerous close contacts.

Among the bacteria that cause sore throats, the streptococcus group A is the most common – often known as 'strep throat'. The incubation period between picking up the infection and the disease breaking out is two to four days – sometimes it can be less.

What are the signs and symptoms of tonsillitis?
-Pain in the throat (sometimes severe) that may last more than 48 hours and be associated with difficulty in swallowing. The pain may spread to the ears.
-The throat is reddened, the tonsils are swollen and may be coated or have white spots on them.
-Possibly a high temperature.
-Swollen lymph glands under the jaw and in the neck.
-Headache.
-Loss of voice or changes in the voice.

If the sore throat is due to a viral infection the symptoms are usually milder and often related to the common cold. If due to Coxsackie virus infection, small blisters develop on the tonsils and roof of the mouth. The blisters erupt in a few days and are followed by a scab, which may be very painful.

If the sore throat is due to a streptococcal infection, the tonsils often swell and become coated and the throat is sore. The patient has a temperature, foul-smelling breath and may feel quite ill.
These different appearances are very variable, and it's impossible to tell by looking at someone's throat whether the infection is due to a virus (which cannot be helped by antibiotics) or a bacterial infection (which might be helped by antibiotics).

~Good advice
If signs of a sore throat persist for more than a few days or are severe with marked difficulty in swallowing, high fever or vomiting, then you should consult your GP.
Warm drinks, soft food and the use of throat lozenges and/or a mouthwash may ease swallowing problems. Your pharmacist can advise on the most appropriate over-the-counter remedies.
Drink plenty of fluids. Understandably a sore throat can discourage swallowing, but in tonsillitis it's common to lose a lot of body fluid through fever and mouth breathing. Dehydration adds considerably to feeling unwell.
It's important to ensure you have adequate rest and stay in a warm environment
