Year 2011 has come to the end. Whether it is a good or bad..we all have been through it. My year of  2011 bring a secure..physically, mentally and financially. Indeed a good year for my career, my family and my vision. I had accomplished all the mission I set earlier,just set in my head not in my planner diary. Most of my wish list  had obtained. Bila dah nak dekat raya,mesti ramai yang cari resepi tat nenas kan..aku pun sama gak..tapi dah dpt resepi ni,alhamdulillah sangat senang nak membuatnya. Tak payah bahan bagai..sebab aku amat malas nak layan bahan yang over banyak..dan tangan aku ni kalau buat kuih atau pastry memanjang tak jadi walau dah ikut resepi sepenuhnya. Tangan tak subur kot.Tapi dgn resepi ni..ok pulak. Tat nenas tak boleh beli ready made sebab alamatnya ko tak dapek nak beli baju raya..hengat cukup ke kalau dua,tiga balang?at least kena 5,6 balang.sebab tat nenas ni teorinya 'bila dah makan takleh nak berenti'. Tambah lagi bagi sesapa yg jenis tak beli@buat kuih kt umh. Dengan harapan nak belasah kuih banyak-banyak bila pi raya kat rumah orang.Hehe,dulu aku spesis ni gak,time baru tgh cari kerja. Tapi taktaulah kalo ada tuan rumah yg jenis simpan tat nenas dalam peti besi dan hidang pada keluarga jek. Jenis ni-kuih utk dihidang sbg kuih raya utk tetamu yg ala-ala pesta tu yg beli kt Mydin. I had attended a seminar in Langkawi so unable to wandered around and experience the cable car. But I did had good time to shopping chocolate and some souvenir. I stayed in Seaview Hotel,near a Kuah Jetty. Resepi simple ni senang sangat nak membuatnya..dan bahan-bahan pun tak banyak. Bahan: 500 gm ayam yang dipotong 3 nos ubi kentang 1/2 batang carrot-potong julien daun sup (potong utk hiasan) daun bawang (hiasan) tomato-potong 4 bahan tumbuk dan tumis A: 1 biji bawang besar 3 biji bawang putih 1 inci halia 1 biji bunga cengkih 1 nos kayu manis 2 sudu rempah sup Sedikit minyak 1 jug air Garam Cara-cara: 1.Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan tumbuk dan rempah 2.Masukkakn rempah sup,biar pecah minyak. 3.Masukkkan ayam dan kentang. Tunggu 10 minit dan masukkan air. 6.Biar mendidih dan masukkan garam. 7.Masukkan tomato,carrot,daun sup dan daun bawang.Renehkan selama 15 minit hingga ayam dan kentang masak sepenuhnya 8.Adjust rasanya dan tutup api.Hidang
